Policies

Check-in is at 3pm or after.
Check-out is at 12 noon.
Due to our fine furnishings, we do not allow children under 12 or pets.
Because we are often full for holidays, football weekends, and other special dates, we suggest that you make your reservations as soon as you know when you'll be visiting Bloomington.
We will make reservations for you up to one year in advance of any date except Graduation Weekend.

Reservations for Graduation Weekend:
We are currently taking requests from guests of the Grant Street Inn as they stay with us. Please sign the list at the front desk for the reservations lottery during your next stay.
Only those of you who've stayed with us already will be included in the lottery.
We will perform the lottery in October of the year PRIOR to Graduation, and notify everyone by Nov 1. In January, we will begin to accept names for the FOLLOWING year Graduation."
